We offer many routine and travel vaccinations.
Here is a general overview on how to schedule a vaccination:
- Step 1: Schedule your specific immunization and fill out the accompanying questions regarding your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details (it may be hiding in your junk box)!
- Step 2: If you are a new patient to us, welcome! To ensure we have your insurance information on file, please call us so we can get the information we need from you to process your immunization at (703) 836-1700.
- Step 3: On the day of the appointment, you will receive an email to fill out your immunization form. Fill these out on the prior to your appointment. If you have any questions or have trouble filling out this form, no problem! Call us and let us know!
